Couldn't load pickup availability
1) Send your logo/artwork to beth@rosefirecustoms.com along with any requests. (Single color vector files are best. If you don't have vector artwork and it needs to be vectorized, this could result in an additional set-up charge.)
2) We will advise you on which color combinations/shapes work best.
3) We will send you a proof.
4) Your approved order will be cut, sewn and engraved in Medicine Hat, AB.

- Set-up fee is waived in orders of 100 or more.
Oval: 2.5" x 1.75" (not including keyring)
Circle: 2.5" x 2" (not including keyring)
Square: 2" x 1.6" (not including keyring)
Rectangle: 3.1" x 0.9" (not including keyring)
** Because these are sewn by a human there can be some minor variations between keychains. The size of the engraving will vary depending on the logo/keychain shape.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically, tracked shipping within Canada ($13.95 flat rate) takes 3-6 business days from ship date.
Lettermail is currently unavailable due to Canada Post strikes.
Orders over $135 ship FREE.
Local Medicine Hat/Redcliff delivery options are available. Orders over $50 are FREE for delivery.
Orders ship from Medicine Hat, AB. Please allow up to two weeks for production, prior to shipping.
Customized items cannot be returned so please be sure to double check your personalization. All other items must be returned in their original packaging/condition to qualify for a return.
